Accept the program terms and conditions by signing the registration form. 

Submit the form will automatically be routed to your Avocent Sales Manager for review and approval.

Execute the deal and put all information, including the purchase order number for the new Avocent equipment into Section 2 of the Registration Form and submit. This will routed to Avocent customer care for review and approval.
